Privacy policy · Effective October 7, 2026

Your details, in plain English.

NetPilot ("we") designs and builds websites for businesses, from Miami, FL. This page covers what we collect when you get in touch, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. The short version: we use your details only to reply to you and to build your site, and we never sell them.

What follows

Seven short sections. Questions, or a request to see or delete what we hold: joe@netpilotsites.com.

  1. 01

    What we collect

When you use the form on our site: your name, business name, email address, your current website if you give one, and what you need. When you email us: whatever you choose to send, such as photos, menus or price lists for your site.

  2. 02

    Why we use it

Only to reply to you, to quote and build your site, and to keep a record of what we agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell, rent or trade your details.

  3. 03

    Who handles it

The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Email sent to us is routed by Cloudflare to a Google (Gmail) inbox. Card payments are taken by Square through a secure payment link; we never see or store your full card number. Our site is served by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site fast and secure.

  4. 04

    No tracking

Our site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We do not build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

  5. 05

    How long we keep it

If you become a client, we keep our email thread as the record of what you were shown and agreed to. Otherwise we keep your enquiry only as long as it is useful for replying to you.

  6. 06

    Your choices

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it, except for records we need to keep for a payment or an agreement.

  7. 07

    Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. This page is not legal advice; for questions about your own business's privacy obligations, consult your own lawyer.
